Does anyone know of any restrictions on where you can ship a Jerusalem Cherry Plant (Solanum Pseudocapsicum) to?

Tried to add hyperlink, but it didn't work. I googled "Jerusalem Cherry Plant (Solanum Pseudocapsicum) shipping restrictions" and found government docs re:Jerusalem Cherry. Apparently, some exotic fruit fly was causing problems in California and Oregon. One site stated that the quarantine had been lifted, but you might want to avoid those two states, just in case.

Thanks, found the CA one but not much else.

Has anyone found any "all encompassing" restriction database anywhere? That is, other than the individual state/commission reports. Perhaps indexed or even searchable? Looking for something available to regular people (not commercial growers).
