My Peruvian Daffodil (Hymenocallis narcissiflora) has 2 seed pods. They are green. Can I pick them now? When would be the right time to plant them? I have never done this before so I have no idea what to do! Thanks for any info from you experienced bulb people!

Seeds from my Peruvian Daffodil
Don't pick them now. Let them get brown and dried out. It wouldn't be a bad idea to wrap a piece of nylon stocking around them so if you miss the seeds opening up they won't blow away.
The pods must have fallen off (got eaten?). I went out one day and they were gone. Next year I'll use your stocking tip.
Thanks!

If they'd fallen off in the last week you would have been able to find them. If you get seedpods next year, it might be a good idea to find a way to protect the whole plant from whatever ate the pods until they're ripe.
