In the office that I work, it is tradition that the person who has a birthday brings in some kind of treat for everyone. Others normally bring in the LaMars donuts, boughten treats, etc. I have spoiled them and they expect something homemade from me. I want something "different" this year. There are 20 of us (give or take a few). My birthday is in two weeks. Any good suggestions? I was thinking of the sopapilla cheesecake bar recipe. If I make this recipe the night before, is it still good the next day?
