Have: clethra

Athens, OH

I think it is Clethra alnifolia.

Lovely bush. 3.5' high with lovely white candles. Unlike some I have seen, these candles are VERY erect.

I have several large (2' high, muliple branch) plants from runners.

I would love to trade for shade plants if possible.

I have Rattlesnake Orchids, Maidenhair Spleenwort (fern) and Grand Trillium. The Orchids are nearly extirpated (extinct) in Ohio. They normally live in 90% shade. I have some doing well in full sun, but that is short term.

UUallace-

Have what I think is lady fern - looks like the picture of it, anyway! I have plenty if you'd like some in trade.

Linda-
That would be wonderful.
I am in the address exchange (under extra in the banner at the top of the page), but I don't see you there.

Could you please Dmail you address?

Thanks, ROX
PS I will ship next week. I am going to pot up the plant to "destress" it before I ship.

I'm in the address exchange, too, but I'll d-mail. I'll try to dig the ferns later this afternoon, when it isn't so hot. It's even hot in the shade here!

Sorry I missed it. I thought that the first letter was an "I".

I have Clerodendrum philippinum and bungii. Both are fragrant and grow well in shade. I also have several Brugmansia I can give you cuttings of. JLMK! THanks

Do you have anything hardy to zone 6a?
I have so many tender plants now (elephant ear, salvia, lavenders, passiflora), that I just can't take any more.
