Marzipan??? Does anyone have a good, tried & true recipe for making Marzipan sheets to cover an English Fruit Cake - what is Christmas without a wonderful English Fruit Cake????

Does anyone know where to buy Marzipan here in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area? One needs quite a bit to cover a good sized fruit cake!

What do you use as a liquor ingredient?

What liquor do you use to 'keep it moist'?
