I fouled up! I couldn't get Print Screen to copy in color. Too late I discovered that I had "automat ic grey scale" checked. By that time I had uninstalled all but the short cut. Finally deleted that. Then put in my Print Screen Deluxe cd. It showed set up and click to install. This I did then got a window saying "Please be sure that"
and under it the words Print Screen Delux and under that "are closed before installing". No matter what I do I can't get rid of that so I can install.

HELP!
