I'm still here, should be asleep, but not. Coffee is ready to turn on in the morning. Cats are sleeping soundly in prep for the 4 a.m. crazies. I did not even attempt to gather them tonight. Our routine is not working, and they know they are in charge for the moment. lol Love my kitties!
Well, I yakked to y'all on the Monday posting...ooops.
We're home and relaxing. No heart problems this time. Now if it would just rain! I'm headed out to water. Just waiting until it begins to cool off a little. It was still 102 degrees last night when I drove home just before dark.
Rain envy brewing here. I am sitting here looking at the news showing the downpours that some had in the area, just trying to remember what it smells like and feels like. :-( Maybe tomorrow.
Hope some of you got rain.
It will rain again. I have faith. It may not be in my lifetime, but it will rain again.. :>) I did see lightning way off to the north tonight, so there is hope. It's getting close to time for the nekkid turtle dance. Who's going to volunteer????
If I thought it would make it rain, I would be there now! LOL! My neighbor said she was doing the dance and saying the chant, but couldn't repeat the words she was using!! LOL!
Well going to hit the sack and dream of rain, maybe that will help.
