I have an odd question.

South West, LA(Zone 9a)

So what’s new right?? I hope I can get this across right.... If you have an above the Y cutting... that has a side shoot... that is below the cuttings new Y... is it still an above the Y cutting? I know this sounds lame but I really have been thinking about it for awhile and for me it’s like the chicken and the egg. Anyhoo, will it perform as an above the Y cutting?
Thanks

The egg came first .. an almost a chicken laid an egg with a mutation that created a chicken chicken.
