I have a question on seedlings. I'm not particularly interested in doing any hybridizing of my own but was curious as to how long does it take for a plumeria to bloom from seed? Just curious!

Cute seedling, but I really like the table a lot!

dmichael, it takes an average of three years for a plant to bloom from seed. I had three flower at 20, 21, and 22 months old, but most take three years or longer. I have 37 approaching three years old, and two more are sending up flower stalks. Unless some more start to send up inflo's, that means 35 of them are going to wait for year four to flower. I've heard of people waiting as long as 20 years for a plumeria to flower. I think that would kill me. It's a waiting game for sure.
