Weight Loss Challange Aug.19 - 26

We got a 1/2" of rain early this morning. The cafe' got nearly an inch or more yesterday evening. It was pouring over there and I called Jack to see what was going on here on the farm and he said nothing was happening. So disappointing. But then we got this so I'm much happier and more optimistic.

All of our talk about p. butter last night got me started on an eating binge!! First, and I remember this clearly, I had 1/2 of a Fuji apple with p.butter. After that it seems to have progressed to a bowl of oatmeal with maybe sunbutter in it, and then some chicken nuggets with one of the Ranch dressings. I found the evidence when I woke up about 3:30 with a very uncomforable over distended stomach. Thankfully I didn't get into the beef and noodles I brought home for Jack last night. They make homemade noodles over there and they are so good. Of course I have no appitite whatsoever this morning. My stomach is still a bit full feeling.

I need to get to town to get poultry feed before they close at noon. Across the street is a restraunt supply place and I'll check out big bus tub prices there. If they are too high to suit me I'll go to WalMart and get an extra large cat litter pan. I need them to carry scraps home from the cafe' on Friday & Saturday nights and be able to leave out in the yard for a few days. I feel uncomfortable leaving the cafe's tubs outside like that even if I do sterilize them before taking them back. If they are mine I can do as I please with them. I have one extral large and deep litter box already that I can use. I'll write my name on it in paint so there will be no mistaking it for theirs.
