Apple Cider Vinegar

My mother in law makes her own apple cider vinegar from the Apple juice that we make every fall. We have a small cider press and grinder and usually I just freeze the juice but I would love to make my own cider vinegar. Can anyone explain the process to me or give me a link to a site that gives step by step directions? Thank you!
