I am interested in your synadeniums. I live in Louisiana 8b zone. I have a 2nd year Passiflora lady Margret potted. LadyM has grown in the ground for 4 yrs. , mulched in winter, comes back bigger every year. and pass. incarnata everywhere. It is a native. And Pass caerulea which really puts on the flowers in spring and fall.
I have salvia madrensis (15" racemes of bright yellow flrs) enmasse in the ground for 5 yrs. I have a clerodendron that makes a 10ft tree and has white star flowers which sets purple fruit.
Let me know if interested.

yes i am interested in all of these vines . i have a large area enclosed with a chain link fence and would love to have vines all around it. and want that salvia so badly. i have tried to trade for yellow salvia but didn't have any luck this year until now. what kind of clerodendron is this? i will look this up. is this the glory bower? i like that. did you want all 3 kinds of synadeniums that i have? would you want salvia hot lips? or lycoris radiata bulbs? or named hardy hibiscus or hibiscus acetosella? also have a kerria japonica that is the double flowering yellow bloom. i would like as many of the salvia as you can spare and as many of the vines as you will send. i have other named salvias. i have a francois verhaert (sp?) daylily one fan. moonlit masquerade one fan daylily. also have a trop. hibiscus sunny wind. if none of this interests you i will look again tomorrow. thanks so much for answering. barb

Salvia madrensis is a huge fall bloomer which makes very long bloom spikes. It will form a huge mass of plants since it sends out runners. I can send you pics in personal email if you like. I think the salvia will make it in this heat if I pot it a couple of weeks before mailing, and I will do the same for the passiflora. The passis won't like being moved in the heat. If some don't make it, I will try again when this heat lessens.
Yes, I want the African milk--all 3 that you have-- and the hotlips. I have grown the another microphylla named watermelon for years.I was busy when plants came out in spring and all of the hotlips were sold.
Have you grown passiflora before?

yes i have but i only have the ones that are hardy to 8a. i know they are finicky when you move them some times. i can go ahead and send these plants to you and you can send mine in sept. or oct. if you think that's best. i know what the forsythia looks like and i love it. do you have any of the watermelon to spare. do you want or need s. uliginosa or farinacea either victoria blue or henry duelberg? might have a blue blooming pratensis. and just so you know none of my plants look their best right now. no rain and too dadgum much heat.

Passiflora Hardy in 8b in my yard: lavender lady, incense, incarnata, lady margaret, caerulea, vitafolia
In mild winters--belotii, trifasciata.
Lav Lady , vitafolia, and caerulea are easy to find for sale at lowe's or home depot. I will send lady Marg, incense, and incarnata. I will check and see if I have extra watermelon salvia.
I have grown many salvia over the years. For us, indigo spires is the best, and of course the salvia coccinea which reseeds easily. Many salvias hate extreme humidity and don't do well at all here. I know because I have tried zillions. The ones you name don't work for me.
Both 2005 and 2006 have been horrible summers--drought, extreme heat and humidity. I used to have 34 different passiflora--now I have 10. There is such rapid heating up in may and june that the plants can't adjust when taken from the greenhouse.
Succulents are easier, I am getting interested in them.

The photo is the clerodendrom tree. It does send out sucker trees so can be invasive.
