They are so cramped in they are getting all sqashed, one finaly broke loose.
look at these crazy buds
I don't know what causes this, but I've had a couple brugs do this at different times of the year. Now when I notice this, I tear the end of the calyx a little because otherwise, it makes the bloom scrunched and deformed.
I've had some of this for the first time this year. Since this is the first drought we've had since I've been growing brugs, I suspect the drought might be the cause. I've also had some odd yellow patches on otherwise nice and healthy green leaves and it just turns up now and then around the garden. Doesn't seem to inhibit the growing, but it should not be there and if I knew what it was I'd try to remedy it - I used cal mag and epsom salt, etc but once those spots are set, I have not found a way to make them green again...
And they look like huge buds too, Doris. Shoot!
Hey Sherry, How you doin? Just wondering why you are using ES with the Cal-Mag? I thought the ES is Magnesium, which I also thought the Mag is.
Darn! there I go thinking again. Slap my face.
