WE can just do an eve swap if you would like. I know I have some boxes around the house. It likes damp shade which is where it is most of the year. I have a pond that I had some in last year but they didin't make it through the winter. So yes i'd like to have some of the water hyacinths. Do you bring yours in for the winter?

this is the first year i had a pond and yes i will bring some in for the winter and see if i can hold them over until spring.i had a hard time finding them this year so i am going to bring some in,thet arent hardy in our zone

I learned they werent hardy in our zone last year too. I haven't seen them this year at all. So I would really like some. I read somewhere to keep them in a 5 gallon bucket (if you have to) over the winter. Just change the water alot. If I can find an air pump for an aquarium I might be able to keep more over the winter.
