This is Atalopedes campestris - Sachem. A female with characteristic glossy spot pattern above see http://davesgarden.com/guides/bf/showimage/12622/ . The broad winged is similar with white spots with a slightly different pattern and an extra spot located in the cell above which this specimen does not exhibit..
