Help- Lost recipe Jezabel Sauce or Salsa?

I had a fantastic recipe I can't seem to quite recreate for a sweet HOT thick golden fruit salsa. I know it had pineapple preserves in it and I served it on crackers with cream cheese. The guys esp. loved it- hot but the sweet tamed the heat. A lady I knew ( now passed away)from Houston gave me the recipe years ago which I have lost- anyone had this ?? Kathy
