I have Blue Balsam mint and Japanese mint. Does anyone know if they are good for tea? Blue Balsam has a lovely fragrance but it is like perfume. Can I make tea with them?

Yes, they make a great tea with an unusual taste. Quite pleasant. I grow 10 different kinds of mint. One of my favorites is Lavender mint. It makes a wonderful tea and I put sprigs in my (real) lemonade. I also like to blend different mints for tea. Experiment and see what you like.
