Mine is just started to come up!! The blooms are lavendar!! Will post a full pic of the bloom when it comes up..

I love curcumas, they are so cool, I just brought 2 curcuma rubescens, I cant wait till they flower:)

I love these. I just bought one yesterday at Walmart, my first one. Does it need full shade, partial shade, or sun?

Thanks for posting this pic!! I have 2 of them and they are full of leaves and no sign of a flower yet. Now from your pic I know what to look for :)
Love yours!! Very pretty!!

Halo: I have one in full sun and the other in partial shade and they are both growing the same with huge leaves if that helps!

Mine will be planted in morning sun for about 4 hours then shade for the rest of the day...Sitting in a pot in 4 hours of morning sun..I buried the pot half way into the ground so it won't dry out too fast..until I plant it in the ground..
