Is there a certain time you should dig up pups? Do they need to be a certain size? Or should you NOT dig up after a certain size? I have 4 pups from about 6" to 3'. I just want ONE banana tree (bush?)

The pup should have one blade like leaf open on it before you seperate them.Dust the cut with talc or a rooting powder when you cut it off so you don't get rot.
