If Kell is an EE killer, then what am I?

Kellyville, OK(Zone 7a)

Today I had an early Dr app, and when I came home I was welcomed to this. It has been 100 deg + for the last 2 weeks and I have been watering 2 times a day. But I missed this morning. I am more ill now than when I went to the VA. John

I have noticed that mine that are like this doesn't seem to come back to good. I hope yours does much better. They do come back but the leaves will show stress on them.

Hope you just watered anyway. They will show some stress, but they aren't a complete loss. They will still look good. So sorry, John. I have a friend that helps me with the watering. Lucky for me and sad for him he lost his paying job. Seems like he's always there to cover me. Course I AM the one who got him into plants and flowers. We've had the heat, too. Alas, it is RAINING right now! Yipeeeeeeeeeeee! Gosh, what will I do after work tonight??? (DG) - Still a nice bed of ears, John.

I feel for you John! I have many ears that have looked the same, but at least the plant overall will look great with continued watering.

We have had 100+ temps for well over three weeks now... and it's like a huge blow dryer out there!!! Miserable for me and I know it's pretty miserable for the plants. The hot wind just seems to dry everything out so quickly!
