Looking for Fish Recipes with little or no salt seasoning

Louisville, KY

We are trying to include fish in our meal planning more often since my recent hospitalization. I like firm fish such as Salmon, Tuna, and Swordfish which we can bake or broil. No fried! I am trying to follow a no salt seasoning of anything. I broild a white fish filet last week with some lemon juice and dill. . I had the rest of the filets yesterday with a light Mediterranean Herbs. Any suggestions most appreciated.

I found this recipe and am tempted; the sour creram and fetta cheese has salt in it.
Baked Grouper

Put a bit of olive oil in a baking dish
Put down a layer of onions (how many depends upon your taste)
Place grouper in dish

Mix together: sour cream, crumbled feta cheese, a touch of dry mustard and either some vermouth or dry white wine (a couple of tablespoons). Mixture should not be runny, but should be enough to completely cover the fish.
Spoon the mixture over the grouper and cook covered at 350 until fish is cooked through (no longer translucent and time depends upon thickness of fish).
Best served with white rice as it makes a really terrific "gravy."
