Up late....but here it is now!
THURSDAY, Aug 10: Texas "Coffee" and Gardening in the Mornin
Sorry guys...I was sleeping deeply! I worked at the school all day yesterday until about 7 in the evening...came home and cat was DYING for lots of lovin....petted Brutus while watching TV and started dozing!! And that was my day...yours??
What a week! Getting ready for school to start, trying to do the clothes round up, eye exams and all that stuff. I've had my almost two year old grandson this week too since the regular baby sitter bailed on my son and his wife. What a bundle of energy he is. It's been so long since any of my own were that age that I forgot how much chasing you have to do with them. Thankfully he loves music as long as it's his preferred CD, so we spent hours dancing to BB King. What a little ham! Didn't get much gardening done, but it's too hot for me out there now any way.
Crow...what a handsome little hunk he is!!! Those eyes!!!! He will hate that "bath-y goo goo" pic when he's a bit older, but isn't it PRECIOUS??? I have one of my son in the tub, with a washcloth covering "it" and he used to try to tear it up when he was about 6 !!!
Thanks Connie, he is a sweetie and looks like a little clone of his daddy. Lordy, I adore kids when they're this age. From two to 5 they are just amazing. I always tease my children and tell them God made kids so sweet when they're little so that you'll love them enough not to kill 'em when they're teenagers!
What a little cutie! And those big blue eyes and long long lashes! He's gonna be a 'knockout' for sure some day. ;)

How cute that you also have a little "bathing beauty " pic of your ...nephew?? He's soooo cute also! I wish I had a grand to bathe!!!!
He is a lot bigger now of course, 1 1/2 yrs old, but when I saw the pic Crow posted, I immediately thought of that one.
