I have 5 forms of variegated hibiscus, took many years to finally get this form, all the rest have pink in the leaves.

Hagerstown, MD(Zone 6b)

Eclipse I could use a little help in the info department on training a tree. I have a couple of rooted cuttings that are over 2 ft in height. Will it get taller and taller if I let it go or is the height it is now going to be about it? The reason for asking is I don't want to start pinching out the tip to make bushier if I can still get height out of it from leaving it just grow more.

Thanks

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Dott, leave the growing tip alone till it reaches the height you want, then pinch the tip. :-)

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Kyle, is pink on the leaves a bad thing or just not what you wanted? I was looking at mine and they do have pink or even red on some of the leaves.

Will you overwinter this in the house or in a greenhouse or?

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Oh Chele, how could you ask such a question??????? Of course PINK on the leaves is a GOOD thing. LOL

Kyle just wanted a different one, a rarer one.

Crayola is going to have to add another color to their lineup. The new one is going to be called "Kell Pink"

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

ROTFLOL Kell, do you have this hibiscus? Maybe we could breed it back to a dark foliaged one to get more pink for you. :)

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Badseed, I just wanted the TRUE snow queen which has no pink in it.I have several with pink and red in the foliage already.

I am fascinated by this hibiscus. I bought a red and green and a tiny bit white variegated one from Homey d's last summer. It has had one smallish red blossom on it since I got it. I don't think it gets enough sun so I am going to move it out tomorrow. It is, however, a complete water hog. takes more than any other of my hibiscus even my new yellow 'Heaven Scent'. It's the first to droop every time. I like the white and green leaf patterns of yours. I love variegated plants.

Kyle if I had known you were looking for a Snow Queen I could have helped you out, I have a nice size bushy one. I could have sent you a few cuttings.
