Hi,
I always wondered why I went outside there were always butterflies, at any given time there are 4 to 5 in the backyard passing through or sipping nectar. I did a google from Australia and the first thing that popped up was an article on Townsville.(Where I live). It said out off the 440 butterflies known to be in Australia over 240 of these have been spotted in Townsville. Isnt that interesting?
I am trying to get pics off the different butterflies.(they are too fast for me) I have just planted a birdwing vine which is a host for the Richmond Birdwing Butterfly it is huge. I have also seen the Ulysses Butterfly it is another big black and blue butterfly.
Just a little info I thought I would share with you:)
