I have an unnamed clematis that has a well rooted offshoot.
It blooms in the Spring and has flowers that range from 5 to 7 petals. The flowers are 4-5" big.
Let me know if you are interested.

Got two plants with good roots!
Have any shade plants for trade? Pulmonaria? Brunnera? Other?
If not, how about one clematis for SASBE?

Rox,

Having moved into this house just this last March, I've only been able to get my front yard beds planted (sun). I have a few plants established in the back yard (shade), but they are quite common so I'm not sure that you will be interested.

These are the only shade plants that I have enough to trade:

Polemonium caeruleum (lots)
Myosotis sylvatica 'Bluesylva' (2 plants)
Arctostaphylos uva-ursi (2 plants-small)
Sedum makinoi (several, likes a bit of morning sun)
Solenostemon scutellarioides 'Rustic Orange'
Schefflera elegantissima
Pieris japonica 'Mountain Fire' (1 plant, 2-gallon size...scarlet red new growth) This is a poisonous plant that we would like to get rid of....we have a one-year-old daughter.

I also have a couple of large amarylis bulbs that I've had in the garden all summer. They should have enough energy stored to bloom well this winter. However, I don't remember their names. One is scarlet with a white throat, the other is pink with a white edge...I think the pink one is called 'Apple Blosom' or 'Apple' something.

I would love the Heuchera americana 'Green Spice' and/or amaryllis.

I am going to send the 2 clematis today.
Let's make sure it establishes before you send your plants? OK.
