This looks like a colored fly..... I spotted it on the top of the leaf...

Sorry I can't see it well enough in the pic - Is it eating your plants? Aphids?

It's not eating them...they just start rotting from the flower inward. It looks like aphids as far as size and clumping but looks like they are developing little wings?
