Can you help me with some IDs, please?

Hey All~ I thought there might be more folks here that could help me than on the ID forum. I'm pretty sure the first one is ficus...but any more info??

It's about 7 inches tall and the new growth at the top is a bit reddish.

Next, this little lovely. The flowers at the tip are tiny and pink.

I would say that #2 is Pisonia umbellifera. It is a native of Hawaii and is called the "Bird Catcher Bush/Tree". I am enclosing a pic of mine and I think they look the same.
