novice here would say either too much sun, too little water or spider mites. Someone else who actually knows will be along soon.

looks like it has spider mites and also that the plant could use some more water ( in this weather-almost everyday, if it hasn't rained) I would spray the mites with a horticultural oil, or Neem oil-either of which you could find at a good garden center.

I also take off all the leaves of mine that have spider mite, except the newest leaves, and keep an eye on the leaves as they come up.

Thank you I water it daily if there is no water in the bottom pan I put some in it.

I thought it might be those silly spider mites, but wasnt sure what I was looking for.
