I've had that one in the past and you are right, the color changed with the temperature all the time.

I like it just the way it is! how beautiful

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Donna, that one is a great one for hybridizing I hear. carries over the gray/lav centers.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Oh Donna, David just emailed me to see if you got the plants and if you liked them. I will tell him YES! He said this one had a lot of buds but the other didn't.

I see when it is orange too on google, both are sure pretty!

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Oh Kell I love it. It has been blooming its head off. 1 or 2 blooms everyday. It likes me lol. I found it is orange early morning then changes to yellow

Orange, CA

Spectacular Donna. Do you have your hibbys in pots or the ground?

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

In pots. I have to over winter them

Hagerstown, MD(Zone 6b)

I love 5th Dimension. I lost mine over the winter and didn't replace this year. Maybe next year. All my blooms looked exactly like yours. Mine never had any of the orangish coloring I have seen in other photos. She's a beaut.

How big a pot do you have them in? I am wondering if I should pot mine in bigger pots.

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

That is one gorgeous bloom.

How many hibiscus do you have??

Jacksonville, FL(Zone 9a)

Kell's pot size question is a good one; I am curious too.

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

one thing about pot size is a sure killer for Hibiscus. Dont' repot your hibiscus untill it is rootbound, especially when small and only go to the next size pot until you get up to a 5 gal pot that is rootbound, then you can go ahead and put it in what ever pot you plan on being permanat like a 20 or 30 gal. This has been my experience anyway
