I am a newbie here and I dont quit know my way around yet. I was hoping you gracious gardens and lovers of the tropic could help me out. I am hoping to suprise my husband with a pup of Japanese Hardy Banana and Variegated Blood Banana. So he could watch them grow from babies. He is creating a pond ( 7'X27'X4' deep) that I believe will be beautiful and they would be a nice addition for him in the summer months. To be brought in for winter, so you know they will be cared for and not left alone in the storm. My husband loves the Banana Trees and I cant seem to find him any around here this year. I have gotten him several tropic but not the one he has been eyeing for years. Also he has never seen the Banana Yucca but I know he would love it too, He likes things like that.
I guess he likes the "Banana" thing. Banana this Banana that. LOL They are just beautiful plants.
Can anyone help me with the suprise. Also let me know what to do in exchange for them.

No idea what a banana yucca is tho. I have the red jamaican banana and many varieties of bananas. Do you want dwarfs or go for the big ones? BTW- my reds are dwarf.
The big ones are BIG! I also have just "showey small banana plants but only a few pups. Glad to help- tell me what ya want!!!!

I am sorry I just read the thread and it is a bit misleading. I joined in march however I just actually started using the sight about 4 weaks ago.. I just learned last weak what a SASBE was. I didnt know what the "B" was. LOL at that time I also learned of the address exchange. Everyone here is so dag gone nice. Anyway I will D-Mail you
