Hi Aloha! Wellllll...noooo...it doesn't stay out all winter! Well the trumpet vine does..but not the tropicals. We lug them inside...and squeeze around them all winter. By spring, we are really tired of plants in the way..even though I do love them. I don't really have that big of a house...ya know? Yeah yeah...I know...I NEED a greenhouse. But at the price of all fuels now...I couldn't afford to heat one either..oh well!
