Need to Allow Popups

I am having to work from home for a few days and need help accessing the pages I need. The site I use can only be accessed by IE. I can get to the site, but when I click on "Additional Reports", it says that the pop up window was blocked. I clicked on Tools and then on Allow Popups. It says that it does allow popups, but still the message on the bottom left bar (above Start) says that the popup was blocked. I am totally stumped. I have deleted the cookies and temp files, but to no avail. Please help!
