Tomatoes are slowing down, very hot and dry and the blight is taking it's toll.

My Dad just told me today that it's too hot for the tomatoes. I thought they were heat lovers, but I guess everything has it's limit.

Wow roseone, I am looking at your pic with envy over here. Everything looks so big and pretty. Very nice harvest. Can I come for lunch today too? I will have a whole cucumber to myself sliced up with salt and pepper alongside with some of the pink tomato in there, some of that big fat juicy red one center in the box, some of that other one, and that one over there....ha ha. I can't imagine the smile on my face had that been my harvest. :-)

White_Hydrangea, I laughed out loud when I read your comment. It's so true. I look just about every day to see how far behind (or occasionally ahead) my garden is.
