Just beautiful Sandy. Do you know which one that is? I have a young grand daughter who, like our pal Kell, is heavily into PINK. I am an orange person but love to have lots of pink around for the little one.

Wow, Sandy- that's great! Is that one of the new ones?

I am not sure. They were in 6 in. pots at lowes a good while back for 3.95 and my DGD loves pink. She always tells me I do not have enough pink. And I thought it was so pretty with a white canter. It is still pretty small but it will grow.

Thanks for the name.

Oh my! That's beautiful! I love pink, and try to get as many pinks as I can...sometimes they end up peach (which stinks) If you find out a name, let us know! I love it!

Very pretty bloom! I love the white eye :-)

We all must be on the same wavelength, after promising myself that I wasn't going to buy any new hibiscus this year, I saw that one at Lowe's as well. And of course couldn't resist.

I would love to find this one..love them white centers.

Very nice Sandy. White eyes are special I think. I have always loved them. Keep up the good work.

I hate to admit I lost this one over the winter. It was a favorite as my DGD's love pink. I will be looking at lowes again this year. And Kyle you will have one if I find them. They are small but will grow.

I am really lonesome right now, David. But I am doing ok. Just a bad week, just a setback. I hope one day I can hybridize a beautiful hibiscus and I will call it " Till I see you Again" It will have to be awfully beautiful to be named after my Love. Or I would simply call it "Babe" after what I always called him and that is what the DGDs call him. He was not called granddad he was and always will be called "Babe" by them.

Once it stops raining and I can get things in the ground without so many mosquitos I will have my mind occupied till dark. Maybe then I will be to tired to think.

Didn't mean to put a damper on such a beautiful thread.

Blessings,
Sandy ^8^

Sandy,

One day at a time.

Kyle,

Sometimes minutes or seconds seem as long as a day. But I am thanking it a step at a time.

Thanks my friend, :O)

Love and Blessings,

ILJ99.....

Growing things are a reminder that life continues....and memories are fantastic to have! I have planted a Jim's Song daylily for my brother, father, and grandfather (all Jim's) and a Patty's Pink for my sister-in-law. When they bloom in the morning as I walk around with my coffee before everyone gets up, I say good morning to their cheery little blooms and it seems like they are saying goodmorning back....Just a happy little reminder that people who are loved aren't always around, but in very many ways, still very much are!

I also have a Magical Michael basil plant and a Michael's Folly daylilty for my other brother who left us at Easter....

:D

Back to the real point of this post....the white center is beautiful. My yard is primarily pinks...I'd love to find one of those! I ordered a Cloud Nine, supposedly pink and white, but it hasn't bloomed yet, so not sure.... fingers crossed!
