I discovered these recipes while exploring several web sites. Chicken Bog, the most famous unknown dish of the South. At its most elemental, Chicken Bog is a rich porridge of shredded stewed chicken and tender rice, swollen with broth and silky with butter. The perfect Chicken Bog is spoon food, a Carolinian take on congee. There is a storehouse of other recipes here to please your taste! Enjoy!
