I found this plant back in November with my dear friend Susan. It has a couple peduncle and I wanted to share it with you all. I can't wait for it to bloom.

Hoya DS70 ?
Sure looks like it from this angle, but, can't ever be sure when trying to ID leaves. It looks like a nice healty plant and I hope it rewards you with lots of lovely blooms!
Mel
Thank you Mel. :O)
The edges of the leaves are dark in color, and the center are silvery green color. The leaves look healthy to me.

Patti, what a lovely plant. Show us photos of the blooms when they open and we should be able to help you identify the plant a little better. It's always better to ID the plant through the blooms (unless the foliage is very distinct) because many plants have similar-looking foliage.
I can't wait to see the lovely blooms!
Ann
It's a beautiful healthy looking plant, Patti. Enjoy those blooms!
Shirley
Patti, please call me when those blooms open! I want to see to see them in person. Take care and thanks for calling me at work today!
Susan
I will give you a hollar Susan when they open. You are always welcome to come over.
Thank you Ann and Shirley for your wonderful compliments.
Patti
Yes...looking forward to blooms!!!!

You'll love these Patti....they're very unusual!
Mine bloomed last month for the first time in the 3? years since I've owned it!
I noted, too....they're very 'sappy' blooms (lots of 'nectar' or whatever they Hoya world calls it!)
Do you guys think DS-70 takes longer to bloom?....
Very pretty bloom Patti...
Sandy
Wow, Patti. That is absolutely lovely! Congrats. Does it smell?
Ann
Oooohhhh yeah...it should smell like sweet butter!!!
