Deviled Eggs

Frederick, MD(Zone 6a)

Cooking this afternoon for a large crowd tomorrow and part of it is making several dozen deviled eggs. I'm not much on tupperware carriers, etc.; they always seem to be too "gooshy" by the time they're served. So I thought to save some bowls and time.....I just boiled the eggs and then peeled them having two zip-loc bags ready. Yolks in one, whites in the other. I smashed up the yolks with the bag closed, threw in the necessary ingredients and now, all I have to do is take both ice cold bags tomorrow, lay out the eggs and cut a small corner of the zip-lock and squirt the filling in :) Not much to clean up - I am happy :)
