I don't think any brugs are hardy for us poor zone 5 folks, I had heard someone tried in zone 5 with really heavy mulching in a protected area and had it come back, but we had a very very mild winter last winter

I was so excited. LOL. Doris is Kareoke and she has tons of brugs. Though right now the elements are getting the best of her. Last year she had award winning brugs. Lots of people who grow them in the colder zones take them in for winter or even just take cuttings to reroot for spring.
