what about microsolf office

i was just doing a disk cleanup and i was wondering what is suppose to be check in there .there only 2 thing thats has check marks
1 is temporaty internet files and the other is recycle bin
now theres a office setup files it has 220,386k in it does this need to be check

and what is all this microsolf office stuff its always asking if i want to down load all these different things, do i have to have them

then there this microsolf works do i need to down load that stuff
