You just never now with sports...

Houston, TX(Zone 9b)

About a year and a half ago, I got a very, very, very (very) slighly variegated sport off of a fully green sport (following me?) off of my Peaches & Cream- it's a sport of a sport of P&C. It's grown incredibly slowly. It's looked like a mistreated red--headed step child forever. I've not really taken care of it, short of splashing water it's way occasionally (which, I'm sure contributed to it's slow growth).

This year, though, I took new interest in it. It finally picked up a little speed and began growing. Plus, I guess I just developed a soft spot for it, I gave it a nice roomy new pot earlier in the spring. Well, the little booger started blooming - and gave me a big surprise (in a tiny package)!

Two flushes now of identical flowers, so though not conclusive, I don't thing it's a fluke. This thing - remember, a sport of a green sport of Peaches & Cream - is blooming tiny little white suav-like flowers! Very cute and held almost vertically, I love them! Yes, I am certain this is not a tag mix up thing - this is one of those plants everyone has that you would know. If it lost its tag and you were fully blind folded, wrapped in a body bag, with your eyes & nose taped shut, you would know it. You know you have at least one. This is one of those.

Well, it's kind of become a little celebrity at my house and seems to enjoy it's new status!

(edited because, geez, I can't proof read for crap!!)

My hand, from the top of my thumb to the end of my fingernail, is 4 1/8 inches, and I have long fingers and long nails, which, IMO, makes your pretty girl, tiny!! How precious, she is adorable, congrats, I hope she grows smaller and stronger and so fragrant she makes one swoon!!! Good luck!!
