dragon wing begonia

Chesapeake, VA(Zone 7b)

These are grown as annuals here. Can these be over wintered here? They have done so well here. I hate to let them die if I can keep them going thru the winter. I have a sunroom that I keep all my plants that have to come in for the winter. Since this is grown as an annual I figured once it died that was it. Is it? Can I take cuttings now and overwinter them until next year? Any info would be helpful.
Thanks

Hey Dawn. Yes to all of the above! I over-winter all of mine. Some inside the house some in the greenhouse and a few on the front porch.
I know others over-winter in their basement under grow lights etc.

Cuttings are easy, refer the sticky link for the various ways and see if you find one you like. http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/626497/

Holler if you don't see what you're looking for.

Thank you for the links. I am going to do some cutting and try to have my own plants for next year.
Thanks again,

Heck, I live in California and keep all my begonias as houseplants. They thrive inside!
