Still need Annabelle Hydrangea....Cuttings or plant

Raleigh, NC

Thanks to everyone who has given me such a great start on my "white shade garden." My bed is looking soooo lovely, I can' t believe it! However, the one item I still really want, but have not found, is a white mophead type hydrangea 'Annabelle'. Might still have some things to trade, not sure, or can pay postage for a plant or cuttings. Send me some mail and we'll try to work something out. Thanks!

Hi,
I have some cuttings you are welcome to for postage. I think mine is Annabelle Mophead. The blooms get really big and have a tint of green in them if you pick and dry them at the right time. I dry them and put in big Vases on top of my china cabinet until they get so dry I finally toss them. I rooted 4 cuttings back early in spring. I don't know if the cuttings will root this time of year. I can put quite a few cuttings in a small priority box that will cost $4.20.

Thank you, that is excellent! I'm not sure if they will root right now, either, but I think I will try as I am anxious to give the rooted cuttings time to grow this year in order to have some blooms next year. Shall I send you a check or a SASE? Whatever you prefer, just let me know. I appreciate you sharing...!

Just drop by the PO and get a $4.20 stamp and send it to me. My addy is in the exchange or you can d-mail me for it.
