Renting/leasing greenhouse space

Anyone have any pro's/con's about doing this to have space for market gardeners. The reason I'm asking is my house is way to small and I don't have space outside anymore. Also not much window space inside.

Lots of people do it I'm sure. I know a grafter who used to rent one out each winter for many years -
