What is your method of stopping a puppy chewing and mouthing on you. I know he is smart. He does tricks. He is about 3 and 1/2 months. I'm not interested in hitting him. I've tried the sit and settle thing and that works for a while. One trainer suggested I try doing a loud "ouch" noise, but I think he just thinks I'm a chew toy with a squeaker. I know somebody else has been through this.
Any ideas gang?
