My neighbor gave me a clematis for taking care of her veggies and pets for a couple of weeks. I have very little full sun, would it hurt this Rhody to have the clematis climb on it?
Can I pair clematis with a rhododendron?
You need to drive out to Wall Drug in the Dakotas and get the big Brotosaurus statue and place it south and west of the Rhodie and then you could plant the clematis. Righ now the rhodie is stressed from all the bright sun. The clematis will overgrow the small plant and further stress it. In the wild clematis love to climb any trunk of small diameter trees.
