Late last year I bought 3 different (supposed to be different) butterfly bushes for $1.50 a piece at Home Depot. Red robe, black knight and something else but right now all 3 are the same color. Did I just get the same ones which were missed marked or does PH have an effect on the color of the flowers? My soil is around 5.5 so it's acidic. I don't care that much but I really did want 3 different colors just for looks.
Does soil PH effect butterfly bushes?
I think I would try some dolomite lime,that ph is a little low,and that could be a factor. Mike
