Any ideas?

This is a small moth...less than 1"..closer to 1/2" wingspan. It must like nectar, as it was chowing down on the oregano today. Any suggestions? It's not in any of my bug books.

A lovely picture Melody. I think your moth is the Chickweed Geometer (Haematopis grataria) http://bugguide.net/node/view/33738

Yep, that's him....after you identified, I did some digging and it seems that the males have the feathery antenna...females don't have the feathers.

We should have tons of these around, as my yard is full of the host plants...Chickweed, Knotweed and Smartweed...

Neat little guy.
