I have a rose that I rescued from a R.V. site where an elderly gentleman kept mowing it down
when he forgot to pay attention. He wasn't a flower person.
The root seems true the same colored bloom comes up every time. It is extremely fragrant with what I consider an old fashion rose scent. ( I'm only 48 so please take that in consideration as to
what I consider an old fashion rose scent.)
I have some a picture that I will attach...If any one has a clue or suggestion of what I may have, I would be very grateful.

That is a gorgeous color! I have roses in my flower beds but I don't know much about them except that they are pretty and smell great.

Just take a bloom into a garden center and they can see it in person and they might have a better idea.
