It finally stopped pouring rain long enough for me to sneak out and take some photos. Here's a Neo called "Volcanic Sky". Purple is my favorite color so you know this one was coming home with me.

This Neo cost me $5. It didn't have a name in it, but maybe one of you knows. The man was very nice and got me one with several pups on it.

My Neo. Jumpin' Jack Flash. I recently pulled a pup off of this one and it still has several more on it! This was one of my first bromeliads. I have a weakness for the red ones.
My latest acquisition, Androlepis skinneri. It's funny, I saw this at the plant festival and accidentally tipped it over. Silly me, my first reaction was to try and catch it. After getting stabbed multiple times in the hand, I remembered why you should just let bromeliads be. I did pick it up once it was down. Then I came back the next week and bought it. Only $12!
Today's photo of my pemiento. Still not sure if I would call the edges black, but I guess they're getting there.

And another view. Everything is pretty much in the ground except for some tillandsias. Oh, and a billbergia I tied to a palmetto. This picture is actually kind of old. I'll have to take a new one if I'm ever home when the sun is shining!
