Both of your kaempferias Masonii and Brush Strokes like total shade to filtered light, nothing harsh or direct and don't over water and they both go dormant in the winter. they're 2 of abobut 30 or so kaempferias we have. I think 'Grande' , Alva and S'ilverDiamonds are my favorites.

thanks everyone. You don't see very many kaemp. in my area, though we can grow then well. I have 3, plus these two that I just purchased.
